    - Yes, you will have to take the complete test again.

  • How accurate are the test results?

    - Our tests are based on internationally renowned and accredited forms. As long as the responses are honest, the accuracy level is over 90%.

  • How long are the results valid for?

    - The results of these assessments are valid for a period of 3 years.

  • Is it mandatory to answer all the questions?

    - Yes, it is mandatory to provide a response to all questions for a complete assessment.

  • Can this result be shared with a counselor outside of Disha Kiran's network?

    - Yes, you may share your results with a counselor outside our network. The counselor, however, may have a different opinion based on their own assessment.

  • Why do I need to take this assessment?

  • What happens if I am unable to finish the test in the given time limit?

    - You will be given multiple notifications and warnings before the time limit runs out. You will also be provided with an additional 15 mins to finish the test. Post the additional time, the test will be over and you will have to redo the entire test.

  • Can I answer a few questions and return back to the test later at the same point?

    - No, once you exit the app or the test, you will have to take the entire test again.

  • I made the payment but I am not getting the full result

    - Kindly bear with us. In case of a failed payment, the amount will be credited back to your account within 7 working days.

    - This may be a server-related issue on either our end or your bank. Kindly try after some time. If your account has been debited, kindly write to us at [email protected] with details of your payment, and we will revert to you within 48 hours.

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    - We accept payments through Debit/Credit cards, Internet banking, and UPI's - PayTM, PhonePay, Google Pay, and BHIM.

  • I am not satisfied with my test and want to do it again. Can I get a refund for my first test.

    - No, the payment taken was to process the results of your test and hence cannot be refunded. You may take another test if you were not satisfied with the results and we strongly recommend you to respond to the questions honestly.

  • I took the full test and the payment failed. Do I have to take the test again to get my results?

    - If you are a registered user, then you just have to make the payment. You can choose the test you took earlier from your profile and proceed to make the payment. In case you have taken the test as a guest, you will need to take the test again.

  • I lost connectivity during the payment process. What should I do?

    - Kindly wait for your bank statement to show the debit/credit from your account. In case the amount was debited, kindly write to us at [email protected] with the payment details and we will resolve the issue within 24 hours.

  • At what age should my child take this test?

    - Our products are designed for individuals in the age range of 7 -25 years. If your child is within this age range, he/she may take the test.

  • How often should my child take this test?

    - The validity of our assessments is 3 years. Hence we recommend that the assessment is done once every 3 years at-least.

  • How do I know the results are authentic? Do I need a second opinion?

    - Our assessment forms are internationally recognized and accredited and have a very high level of reliability and accuracy, provided the responses are honest. Yes you may take a second opinion from a "certified" psychometrist of your choice.

  • Do you perform assessments for entire schools/colleges/institutions?

REGISTRATION RELATED QUERIES

  • I am unable to register

    - Kindly ensure that you have given a valid email address/ telephone number and date of birth.
    - Please write to us at [email protected] and we will resolve the issue at the earliest.

  • Do I need to have an account to take the test?

    - No, you may take it in guest mode as well. We, however, recommend you register yourself so that all your test results can be made available at any point in time.

  • Do I need to pay for registration?

    -No, registration is free and you do not need any payment for registration. Payment is however required if you wish to see and download the detailed results of your test.

  • Can multiple people else take a test under one registered id?

    - Yes it is possible for many people to take the test under the same registered id. Every test taken will be stored under your profile with the name given while taking the test.

  • Can I have multiple ids registered on the same device?

    - Yes you can have multiple id's registered on the same device. Kindly make sure that each registration is with a unique email id/phone number.

  • Do I need to change my password often?

    - We recommend you to change your password once in 6 months and we will notify you of the same. It is however not mandatory from our end to change the password.

  • What information do you store if I login from my social media handles?

    - We store only your name, email id, date of birth and contact number if you login from any of the social media handles.

MENTORING AND COUNSELING RELATED QUERIES

  • Will my parents/school be notified if I have taken up mentoring/counseling services?

    - No, we do not collect such data and hence we cannot inform anyone about you availing these services.

  • Will I have access to the notes of my sessions?

    - Yes, you will have access to it if you are a registered user. All the notes will be stored under your profile for you to access anytime.

  • Are the session notes shared with anyone other than me and the counselor?

    - No, the session notes are confidential and not shared with any third party.

  • Can I change my mentor/counselor?

    - Yes, you may change your mentor/counselor. We, however, strongly recommend discussing the same with your existing mentor/counselor before you do so.

  • Are the sessions held online or offline?

    - Currently, all sessions are held online only.

  • Do I make the payment to Disha Kiran or to my counselor directly?

    - All payments are to be made through Disha Kiran Pvt. Ltd. only. Disha Kiran Pvt. Ltd. will not bear any responsibility for any action of fraud or negligence if the payment is made directly to the mentor/counselor.

  • What do I do if a mentor/counselor tells me to pay him directly?
